- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions

1In wok on medium-high heat, brown garlic in 2 tablespoons oil. Add beef (chicken, pork and shrimp); brown.

2Add vegetables, then soy sauce, salt and pepper.

3Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
