Stir-Fry Rice

  • 1 pkg. stir-fry with seasoning pkg. inside
  • 1 pkg. broccoli Normandy
  • 1 or 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced
  • butter flavored spray
  • 1 c. water
  • soy sauce
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
  • salt (optional)

Directions

    Spray pan with butter flavored spray.

    Add mushrooms and chicken.

    Cook until hot.

    Add vegetables and seasonings.

    Pour in 1/2 cup water.

    Cover and cook, over medium heat, for 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water and rice.

    Cover and continue to cook, over low heat, for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
