- 2 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. molasses
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Heat molasses.

2Remove from heat and add margarine and soda. Add flour, baking powder, salt and ginger gradually.

3Chill. Roll very thin on floured board.

4Bake at 350° for about 8 to 10 minutes.

5Don't overbake.

6Store in stone jar and they will become very soft.
