- 4 potatoes, peeled
- 1 small head cabbage
- 3 large onions
- 2 large cans tomatoes
- 4 carrots, peeled
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Chop raw vegetables and put in large pot.

2Add tomatoes, frozen vegetables and water as needed.

3Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours.

4Taste and add salt and pepper.

5Taste again and adjust if needed.

6Refrigerate overnight. Heat and enjoy.
