- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. round steak
- 4 c. beef bouillon
- 1 medium white onion
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 1 lb.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 c. diced celery
- 6 carrots, sliced
- 6 potatoes (medium), diced
- 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
Directions

1Cut beef into bite-sized pieces and cook in soup kettle until brown.

2Cover meat with bouillon and add onion, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, bay leaves and tomatoes.

3Cover and simmer an hour.

4Add carrots and cook 20 minutes.

5Add potatoes and corn. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
