- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced bacon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Cut artichokes in half and cut bacon strips in half to make two shorter pieces.

3Wrap bacon around artichokes and secure with a toothpick.

4Place on a baking sheet and bake 10-12 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
