  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. strawberries
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2/3 c. cooking oil

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup nuts.

    Lightly grease bottom of baking tube pan for microwave and sprinkle with 1/4 cup nuts.

    Pour batter over nuts.

    Microwave 10 to 12 minutes on 70% power.

    Give dish 1/2 turn 2 times during cooking.

    Cool 10 minutes and invert on serving dish.
