  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. red food coloring
  • 1 1/4 c. pecans

Directions

    Reserve 1/2 cup strawberry juice for spread.

    Mix all dry ingredients and thoroughly combine.

    Add food coloring and rest of ingredients.

    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Cool thoroughly.
