  • 1 tsp. Soda
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen sliced Strawberries with juice
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 c. Oil
  • 3/4 c. Pecans, chopped

Directions

  1. 1
    Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together; stir in sugar. Beat eggs and add with remaining ingredients, stirring just to mix well.

    Bake in two greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
