  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, pureed
  • 2 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Beat eggs and whisk oil into eggs.
  2. 2
    Sift dry ingredients. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the egg mixture.

    Mix and then add strawberries and mix well.
  4. 4
    Bake in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan at 350° until done, about 1 hour.
