- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 pkg. frozen strawberries (10 oz. size)
- 1 can shredded coconut
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. milk
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Blend together white cake mix and Jell-O.

2Add oil and milk. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Fold in half of the coconut, half of the nuts and half of the thawed strawberries and juice.

4Pour into 3 greased 8-inch layer pans and bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

5Turn out on cake racks to cool.

6Put the layers together and cover outside with frosting.
