  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small box strawberries (or 1/2 large box), well drained (save juice)

Directions

    In bowl, mix as listed the cake mix, Jell-O, oil, water, eggs and strawberries.

    Beat according to directions on box.

    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, at 325°, until layers spring back when touched. When baked and cooled, pour juice over layers.

    Put layers on tinfoil to absorb juices.
  5. 5
    Spread top with Cool Whip or Dream Whip.
