  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, or 1 pt. fresh sliced strawberries, with 1/2 c. sugar

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease a tube or Bundt pan.

    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

    Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes, or until well blended.

    Pour into pan.

    Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool on rack for 10 minutes.

    Turn out of pan; cool completely. Serve plain or with sweetened whipped cream.
