- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 small box strawberry jello
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3/4 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 c. chopped strawberries
Directions

1Mix jello and cake mix.

2Add oil and milk.

3Stir in egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.

4Add 1/2 of the coconut, pecans and strawberry mixture.

5Bake in 3 round cake pans, greased and floured, at 350° until done.
