- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 pkg. frozen strawberries
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients all at once until smooth. In another bowl, mix coconut, strawberries and pecans. Pour half of strawberry mixture in cake batter. Save the remainder for icing. Add 1 box of powdered sugar and 1/2 stick margarine to remaining mixture. Mix well. This is the icing. Cake will make 3 layers. Bake at 350° until cake pulls from side of pan. Cool and ice.
