  • 8 scoops Carte D'or Strawberry Ice Cream 260g/400ml
  • 2 1/4 cups strawberries hulled
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 8 almond large, or nut biscuits, crushed
  • 4 sprigs rosemary
  • 4 strawberries fanned

Directions

    Crush the 400g strawberries in a bowl using a fork, adding the caster sugar to make them syrupy.

    Divide 1/2 the crushed strawberry mix between 4 glasses and top with the crushed biscuits.

    Top each dessert with 2 scoops of Carte D'Or Strawberry Ice Cream.

    Serve with the remaining strawberry mix poured over the top and decorate each with a fanned strawberry and a sprig of rosemary.
