- 2 small boxes strawberry Jell-O
- 1 large can crushed pineapple in its own juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 2 c. strawberries, quartered (fresh, not frozen)
Directions

1Mix together Jell-O and pineapple; over medium heat, bring to a boil.

2Add sugar and cream cheese.

3Continue to stir over low heat until cheese has melted; mixture will be lumpy.

4Cool until slightly jellied.

5Fold mixture into Cool Whip and 1 1/2 cups strawberries.

6Decorate top with remaining strawberries and refrigerate until firm.
