  • 2 small or 1 large pkg. strawberry jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 16 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.

    Add thawed strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.

    Pour 1/2 of this mixture into 9-inch square casserole or into jello mold.

    Chill until set.

    Spread sour cream over mixture.

    Pour remaining over sour cream; chill until set.

    Serves 10 to 12.
