Name: Strawberry Delight
Ingredients: 2 c. pretzels, crushed; 3/4 c. butter; 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar; 1 c. powdered sugar; 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature); 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip; 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O; 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries; 2 c. boiling water

2 c. pretzels, crushed
3/4 c. butter
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 c. boiling water

Directions

Melt butter; mix with granulated sugar and pretzels.

Pat into bottom of 9 x 2 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 350° for 8 minutes; cool. Beat cream cheese, whipped topping and powdered sugar.

Spread on top of pretzel mixture.

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add strawberries.

Stir until Jell-O begins to thicken.

Pour over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate about 2 hours.
