  • 1 pt. cream or Cool Whip
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. vanilla wafers, rolled fine
  • 1 qt. drained strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions

    Cream margarine and powdered sugar.

    Add eggs one at a time, cream well.

    Cover vanilla wafer crumbs (reserving 1/4 of crumbs for top) with butter mixture.

    Cover this with strawberries. Cover berries with whipped cream or Cool Whip.

    Cover with 1/4 of crumbs.
  6. 6
    Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator.
