- 1 egg, well beaten
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/3 c. strawberry preserves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Arrange biscuits in round cake pan. Make a hollow center with thumb in each biscuit.

3Fill with strawberry preserves.

4Brush each biscuit with egg, sugar and milk mixture.

5Bake 15 minutes or until brown.
