  • 2-1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar, divided
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Combine flour and baking soda.

    Beat cream cheese, butter, 1 cup sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.

    Gradually beat in flour mixture, mixing well after each addition; press onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan.

    Bake 15 min.

    or until lightly browned.

    Cool completely.

    Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.

    (Pudding will be thick.)

    Stir in Cool Whip until blended.

    Mix dry jelly powder, corn starch and remaining sugar in medium saucepan.

    Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
