  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar.

    Combine eggs, oil and strawberries.
  3. 3
    Make a well in the center of dry ingredients.

    Pour in liquid ingredients and stir only until dry ingredients are moistened.

    Stir in pecans; spoon into two greased loaf pans and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until done.
