  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

    Bake in 2 well-greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pans for 55 to 60 minutes at 350°.

    A glaze of 2 cups powdered sugar and a little milk may be spread on top of the two cooled loaves, if desired.
