Strawberry Nut Pound Cake

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
- 1 (10 oz.) box strawberries, thawed (do not drain)
Directions

1Grease and flour Bundt pan.

2Mix ingredients well, about 3 minutes.

3Pour into pan.

4Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes (I only bake mine around 40 minutes; keep testing).

5Let cool 10 minutes before inverting on plate.

6Cover cake with Handi-Wrap. When cooled, frost cake with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
