Strawberry Pecan Bread

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, sliced strawberries
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Beat eggs.

    Add sugar and oil.

    Mix dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture.

    Stir in the partially thawed, undrained berries and nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 55 to 65 minutes in a greased loaf pan.

    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.

    Remove; cool on a wire rack.

    Wrap and store in the refrigerator.
