Strawberry Pie

Directions

   Place sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan and add hot water. Bring to a boil, stirring until it thickens.

   Add jello and stir until it dissolves.

   Wash and stem strawberries and place in pie shell.

   If berries are large, they can be cut in half.

   Cool sauce in pan in cold water.

   When cool, pour over berries and spread with knife to be sure all the berries are covered.

   Cool pie and serve with Cool Whip.
