  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 8 oz. 7-Up
  • 1 small pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 baked pie shell, cooled

    Mix cornstarch with sugar.

    Add 7-Up.

    Bring to a boil.

    When liquid begins to thicken and clear, add strawberry jello.

    Cook until slightly thick.

    Allow liquid to cool.

    Gently fold in strawberries and pour into pie shell.

    Top with whipped topping.
