  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin (small pkg.)

    Bake pie crust.

    Fill it with strawberries.

    Combine water, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon on stove; stir until it boils.

    Add strawberry gelatin.

    Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours.

    Serve with whipped cream.
