Ingredients

  • 2 (9-inch) deep dish pie shells, baked and cooled
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 4 or 5 drops red food coloring
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. ReaLemon concentrate (comes in green bottle)

Directions

    Mix Cool Whip, Eagle Brand milk and food coloring.

    Add pineapple, strawberries and nuts.

    Mix well.

    Add lemon concentrate last; mix.

    This makes the mixture stiff.

    Put into 2 pie shells and refrigerate.
