- 6 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water or 1 1/2 c. 7-Up
- 3 c. sliced strawberries
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie crust (deep)
Directions

1Combine the first 4 ingredients and cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.

2Allow to cool and pour over strawberries in the crust.

3Chill and top with whipped cream.
