  • strawberry jello
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • cooked pie shell

    Wash, cap and cut up strawberries.

    Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until clear and thick.

    Reduce heat.

    Add 1 tablespoon strawberry jello powder and stir.

    Cook 1 minute.

    Add fresh strawberries.

    Stir.

    Pour into cooked pie shell.

    Refrigerate. Serve with whipped topping.
