  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. red food coloring
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 box strawberry Jell-O
  • 3 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1 deep dish pie shell (already baked)
  • small Cool Whip

Directions

    Bring water, cornstarch, sugar and food coloring to a boil. Cook until thick and clear.

    Remove from stove and add Jell-O. Cool 10 minutes in freezer.

    Add strawberries and mix.
  4. 4
    Pour into pie shell.
  5. 5
    Chill in refrigerator, then top with Cool Whip.
