  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries
  • 1 baked pie shell
  • whipped cream

    Combine gelatin, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.

    Add boiling water gradually.

    Bring to boil; cook for 5 minutes.

    Cool mixture.

    Add fresh berries.

    Pour into baked pastry shell.

    Top with whipped cream and whole berries.
