  • baked pie-shell or graham cracker pie shell (9 or 10-inch pan is good)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 pkg. strawberry jello (small)
  • 1 qt. cleaned and cut up strawberries

    Cook mixture until clear.

    Add jello.

    Mix well and cool slightly.

    Pour over berries.

    Pour into shell.

    Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.
