  • strawberries, wash and dry thoroughly
  • 8 or 9-inch pie crust, cooked and cooled or use Ready crust
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 small box strawberry jello

Directions

    Place dry strawberries in pie crust.

    Mix together in pan the sugar, water and cornstarch.

    Bring to a boil.
  4. 4
    Remove from heat and stir in strawberry jello.
  5. 5
    Cool for 5 minutes.

    Pour mixture over strawberries.

    Refrigerate several

    hours.
  9. 9
    Serve with Cool Whip.
