   Cook pie crust.

   Cool; set aside.

   Cook the first 3 ingredients until clear and thick.

   Add jello and food coloring; cool.

   Place freshly prepared and sliced strawberries into crust. Add cooled mixture.

   Top with whipped cream, if desired.
