  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
  • 3 drops red food coloring
  • 1 whipped cream

Directions

    Mix and cook until thick; remove from heat and add strawberry Jell-O and food coloring.

    Place in refrigerator to cool.

    Bake pie shell.

    Put washed and drained berries in baked pie shell. Pour or spoon cooled filling over berries.

    Top with whipped cream or Dream Whip.
