- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
- 1 pt. fresh strawberries
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
Directions

1Mix sugar, cornstarch, Jell-O and water.

2Bring to a boil and let boil 3 minutes.

3Let cool and add 1 pint strawberries that have been washed and cut up.

4Pour into crust that has been cooked, and let sit in refrigerator until set.
