Strawberry Pizza I

Directions

   Combine flour and confectioners sugar with butter.

   Mix until crumbly.

   Press into 13-inch pizza pan.

   Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until golden brown; cool.

   Mix cream cheese with sugar. Spread over cooled crust.

   Mix junket with 1 cup water in saucepan. Bring to boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

   Remove from heat; cool a few minutes and stir in strawberries.

   Pour over pie.

   Cool in refrigerator.

    This will serve 8 to 12 and you can put a dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip on each piece if desired.
