Strawberry Rousse

Ingredients

  • about 3/4 lb. angel food cake, break into small pieces and put in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries (don't need to be thawed)
  • 1 c. Dream Whip or whipping cream
  • 2 c. marshmallows

Directions

    Dissolve jello in hot water.

    Stir in berries and stir until slightly thick.

    Fold in whipped cream and marshmallows.

    Pour over cake pieces in pan.

    Chill until firm (overnight).
