- 2 egg whites, room temperature
- 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 2 c. strawberries, pureed and chilled
- whipped cream for garnish
Directions

1Beat egg whites in a small, chilled bowl until stiff and glossy.

2Whip 2 cups cream with sugar in medium bowl until stiff. Whisk strawberry puree into cream until mixture is very thick. Gently fold in egg whites, blending well.

3Spoon into small dessert bowls.

4Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

5Garnish each with whipped cream just before serving.
