Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef or pork
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 c. Pace picante sauce
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 flour tortillas (7 to 8-inches)
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- sour cream
- guacamole
Directions

1Brown meat with onion and garlic; drain.

2Stir in picante sauce, cumin, oregano and salt.

3Simmer 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.

4Brush one side of tortillas with butter.

5Spoon heaping 1/3 cup meat mixture onto center of unbuttered sides.

6Fold two sides over filling.

7Fold ends down. Place seam down in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

8Bake in preheated oven at 475° for about 13 minutes or until golden brown.

9To serve, top with sour cream, guacamole and additional picante sauce.
