  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix together the first 3 ingredients.

    Press into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Mix together the next 3 ingredients until smooth. Prepare pudding using 3 1/2 cups milk.

    Mix with cream cheese mixture.

    Pour over crust.

    Chill several hours.

    Before serving, top with Cool Whip.
