- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- salt to taste
- 1 Vegex cube
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Brown choplets in margarine; add mushrooms and onion.

2Cook until tender; add Vegex cube and water.

3Heat just to boiling. Blend sour cream and flour and stir into broth.

4Salt to taste. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (sauce will be thin). Serve over buttered noodles or rice.
