  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 pound Stew Meat, Cut Into Cubes
  • 1 whole Onion, Small, Diced
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Parsley
  • 3 cups Cut Mushrooms
  • 1- 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cube Beef Bouillon
  • 1/2 cups White Wine Such As Chardonnay
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 3 cups Cooked Egg Noodles

    Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.

    Add the meat and cook until it is well browned 5-10 minutes, stirring a few times so all sides get browned.

    Add the onions, garlic, parsley and mushrooms.

    Cook until the mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes.

    Stir the bouillon cube, water and wine into the skillet.

    Heat to boil.

    Reduce the heat to medium.

    Combine the sour cream and flour in a small bowl.

    Add the flour mixture to the skillet.

    Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens about 5 minutes.
