Ingredients
- 2 loaves frozen bread dough
- 1 lb. ham, thinly sliced
- 3/4 lb. salami, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced
- 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced (optional)
- 1/2 lb. sauteed fresh mushrooms (optional)
- oregano
- basil
Directions

1Allow dough to thaw at room temperature, about 1 hour.

2Pull dough lengthwise.

3Stretch each loaf to form a rectangle about 6 x 12-inches.

4Down center of rectangle, layer 1/2 the ham, salami, cheeses, onions and mushrooms, if desired.

5Be sure to overlap ingredients among layers.

6Sprinkle with oregano and basil.

7Fold both sides of dough to meet at middle.

8Pinch seams together. Repeat with 2nd rectangle and remaining ingredients.

9Place on ungreased baking sheet.

10Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
