Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bread loves
  • 1/2 lb. loose sweet or hot sausage
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • 1/2 lb. cooked salami
  • 1/2 lb. ham
  • oregano
  • mustard
  • oil
  • spaghetti sauce (if desired)

Directions

    Defrost bread as per package instructions.

    Brown ground beef and sausage; drain off fat.

    Spread each loaf of bread dough to approximately 12 x 6.

    Spread each loaf with mustard.

    Add beef and sausage mixture between the two loaves.

    Then add a layer of ham, salami and American cheese to each of the loaves.

    Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up.

    Sprinkle with a little oregano.

    Overlap sides, seal and fold ends up tightly.

    Brush top with oil and sprinkle with a little more oregano.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 375° or until golden brown.

    Serve with spaghetti sauce if desired.
