Ingredients

  • 1 loaf unbaked frozen bread
  • 1 jar Progresso pepper salad, drained
  • 4 oz. hard salami (can substitute Canadian bacon)
  • 4 oz. pepperoni
  • 6 oz. Provolone cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 beaten egg white
  • sesame seed (optional)
  • 1/2 c. canned mushrooms, drained
  • commercial pasta sauce

Directions

    Allow loaf of bread to thaw. Roll into a rectangular shape about 1/4-inch thick.

    Layer cheese and meat in center of dough. Spread drained pepper salad and mushrooms on top.

    Roll bread up like a jelly roll.

    Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle sesame seed on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Serve with commercial pasta sauce, if desired.
