  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 c. large macaroni
  • 6 slices Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef and drain.

    Cook onion in with it.

    Add soup and cook on medium-low about 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cook your macaroni.

    When it's done, drain and add it.

    Also add the rice; stir it all up.

    Put in a baking dish.

    Put cheese on top; cook at 350° for 45 minutes.
