- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 c. large macaroni
- 6 slices Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain.

2Cook onion in with it.

3Add soup and cook on medium-low about 15 minutes.

4Meanwhile, cook your macaroni.

5When it's done, drain and add it.

6Also add the rice; stir it all up.

7Put in a baking dish.

8Put cheese on top; cook at 350° for 45 minutes.
